4 hours over a two month period £100.00

• Open to all new clients, hours must be used during the calendar months, no further commitment required. The perfect way to see whether outsourcing is right for you.
• Additional hours will be charged at the ad hoc price of £30.00 per hour unless prior agreement has been made.

For businesses who require ongoing support, we have created monthly retainer packages which cost less and give you guaranteed prioritised hours.

Bronze – 10 hours per month £290.00 (£29.00 per hour)

Silver – 20 hours per month £560.00 (£28.00 per hour)

Gold – 30 hours per month £810.00 (£27.00 per hour)

Platinum – 40 hours per month £1000.00 (£25.00 per hour)

• Payment of retainer packages is due at the beginning of each month.
• Retainer package is tailored to each client once a list of tasks has been agreed.
• Clients can carry over 10% of hours not used to the following month.
• Agreed additional time over the package will be billed at the discounted rate at the end of the month (payment terms for this will be 7 days)

Additional billable services will be included with your invoice, along with all relevant receipts and paperwork. Services such as postage, stationary, printing and phone calls will be charged at cost price. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile. All prices will be reviewed yearly on 1 April.
